How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Londonkong Heating & Air should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Londonkong Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If work in your home went badly, a good first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what you said.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Londonkong Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@londonkong.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Finally, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may also be able to help.
